"They were excellent at communicating about when they could get here and when they needed to change the time. They did a good job with the snow removal. I would definitely call them again if needed."

"These guys are very hard workers. I asked them to clear out a wooded area for me. They did a terrific job. I then had them put in 20 bushes on the boundary of my property. Again they did exactly what I asked for. I would hire this guys again anyway."

Small jobs welcome

"We have a rental property in Beachwood that needed more parking for a busy road. Several trees had been taken down and stumps ground but we needed the space cleared and sloped for gravel for additional spots. Steve showed up as promised and had the best price and as it turned out, great service. There were some spots that had pieces of stumps remaining and Steve and his crew professionally cleared, graded and layed out stone making it perfect for our future needs. Great job. We definitely recommend his company and will definitely use him in the future. Thank you"

Small jobs welcome

"It went well, very personable and courteous young man who did good work. Unfortunately, he did not have his lawnmower in service and said he would be back to finish cutting back the grasses and cut/bag the lawn. I was prepared to give him more work. I tried to call him but his mailbox is full and I wasn t able to message him on the Angie site. This was my first time using Angie, I usually use thumbtack and never had an issue with any vendors."

"Double Tree is Awesome. Eddy  is amazing in the
tree. He took down a very large pine tree that was breaking my driveway
and ground the stump. His crew cleaned my entire front yard of sticks,
leaves and pine needles. They even cleaned the driveway, walkway and
front porch. My yard looks beautiful now. They are friendly, knowledgable, professional
and caring as if the trees were their own.I recommend them to everyone,
my family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. Very professional. I will
hire them again for future trees.

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

The EPA enforces hazardous waste laws and ensures people dispose of their hazardous waste responsibly. Depending on where you live, your state’s hazardous waste regulatory agency may also enforce these laws. Individually, it’s up to each household to properly dispose of their hazardous waste.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Professional lead removal involves identifying and safely removing or encapsulating lead-based paints and materials, using specialized equipment, and following strict safety procedures to minimize exposure and contamination.

The safest way to remove lead-based paint is by letting a professional take over. For most people, lead paint removal costs an average of $3,400. You should never attempt to dry sand old lead-based paint surfaces by hand. Most professionals use a paint stripper to do the job followed by wet scraping, but if you don’t want to remove lead paint, another option is to paint over it. Only consider this option if the old lead paint finish isn’t flaking or cracked.

Professionals are trained in identifying hazardous materials and utilize industry-approved methods for safe handling and disposal. They adhere to regulatory frameworks to protect health and the environment, ensuring all materials are disposed of safely and responsibly.
