I have found his labor prices to be very reasonable, and is estimated completion times spot on. He is both efficient but has a wonderful eye for detail and makes sure that everything is right and what we want. I've always found him easy to talk to, he listens to what his client wants but also will give alternate suggestions that I have found extremely helpful. This is the third time I have worked with Billy Myers, and I and my family have been delighted with the results each time. When he is done with a renovation, he stages the room removes all trash and building debris, so everything looks brand new! I can wholeheartedly recommend William Meyer LLC. (I'm not great with photos but I've included three from one of the rooms he just finished )"

Although this remodel is complete, and we do like the look of the finished product, my wife and I are far from being satisfied. The main issue was the idea to redo our floors with the kitchen. Ron quoted us a square footage for our kitchen. After visiting the tile store, the tile we wanted was in limited stock. With the square footage given, we had enough, and bought some extra. After the sub contractor installed the flooring we had, he said there wasn?t nearly enough and needed more. I went back to the tile store to order the rest of the remaining tile. Turns out, it wasn?t enough to cover the rest of the floor. Never got an apology, solution, or compensation for this easily avoidable (and ugly) mistake. Never had a final walkthrough with the contractor? the sub contractor was sent to fix his own mistakes? and even that wasn?t done correctly. Wouldn?t do again."
