I do not employ "work crews" though I may bring on workers in order to expedite the project but I am present at all times to oversee the work being done. I provide the estimate, plans, permit submission, as well as working on the job site. Billing is structured around the cost and size of the job. Normally payment are 1/3 at start, 1/3 midway through and the remaining 1/3 after final inspection. Big ticket kitchen renovations and composite decks would require a larger up front payment due to the high cost of materials.
