"Maggie and I spoke for about 15 mins when we first met, and I explained everything we needed - moving into a new house that had renovations done so needed a really good cleaning. She assured me that she and her crew were the best people for the job and that she would clean everything perfectly. I told her exactly the square footage, rooms, bathrooms, etc and that it was a big job. She said no problem and we agreed on a price. She said she was a good Christian lady and would even bring us an easter basket! We were not living in the house at the time. I texted her the day before and she confirmed again that they were coming and told me a time range. She then called me the day of, asked how to get into the house and said she would be done soon. My family and I arrived there a few hours later and the house was completely untouched and no one was there. She wouldn’t answer my calls or texts and TOTALLY stood us up without any notice. AND she now knows how to get into my house."

"Not satisfied at all. The carpet removal was not careful about scratching and denting the baseboards and left large gaps between the floor and baseboards. Left carpet remnants under the transition bar and replaced it sloppily. The hardwood was poorly finished, missing areas around railings, and leaving significant flaws unaddressed. Our calls for follow up were returned with promises of coming back to address our complaints, but in fact, they made excuses and never came back to inspect and/or correct the issues. We will be hiring someone else to actually finish the job professionally, which is a cost and inconvenience, of course. Needless to say, we do not recommend you use this service."
