"The crew delivered quality service overall. The response time from service request to execution is fast. The two guys who largely did the work were very hardworking and paid attention to detail. The only area that needs some revisiting is the pricing structure. This is the second time I availed of the service. In both cases, 3 people worked on the project for 8 hours and paid $1050 (can’t remember the best first time I used them but that was also >$1000). That comes down to $43.75 / hour / person. Of course, there’s equipment and the truck, but even with that, the pricing is a bit on the high end. Overall, excellent service and quality. I wish pricing is more affordable than what I availed them for."

"I hired Top of the Line to do snow & ice removal for my entire property which entailed a full length driveway, front porch, backyard, deck & full patio plus the sidewalk. I contacted them almost a week after the recent big snow storm that left 2 feet plus the added snowfalll a few days after which added another 6" on top. The wait complicated conditions by adding a thick layer of ice on top of the snow mounds plus a layer underneath on the ground. I could barely move in my backyard with the amount of snow & dreaded even going outside when it all turned to ice. It was a difficult & challenging job that they made look easy. Matt & Alex were diligent, extremely hardworking & very professional. Plus, they're respectful, polite & friendly. These gentleman worked really hard not cutting corners but got everything done so quickly. They were very thorough & meticulous, cleared everything, took it all right down to the blacktop plus salted literally everywhere. They did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Matt & Alex. They came to my rescue & saved me a lot of aggravation. I will definitely be using Top of the Line Lawn, Landscaping & Property Mgmt again & in the future for all my property maintenance needs. I would highly recommend them. "The team confirmed the day before, advised when they were 10 minutes away & arrived 10 minutes earlier. They came prepared with tools, professional, cleaned up. This is what truly impressed me, they removed a three sectional wall unit. The majority of it was glass, including the glass shelves, not one piece of glass broken from the time they took it apart from the time that we removed it from the apartment kudos!!!! "They did a wonderful job! Contacted us within 30 min of the post (one of two to reach out, the other was several days late). This was followed by an in person meeting 15 minutes after. With our prior company we had issues with cutting in the rain, mowing too fast and leaving tracks, leaving large clumps of grass clippings, casually would skip weeks of cutting for no reason (not raining and even at the property around the corner), even mowing our garden, etc. though we have only had one cutting, it seems they are much more diligent and caring. Even from our talks they right away understood the concept of not cutting in the rain and adjusting the schedule to a change in day vs a week if they need to reschedule due to conditions. Today, not only was the grass cut, but they really took the time to cut down stubborn weeds our prior company had ignored (even moving furniture to do so and putting it back). Our patio and walkways even looked 1,000x better. I thought I had lost it. The owner is on site and works with the team, which is something I personally value. I can’t speak to what caused our last company’s care to deteriorate after years of service and speaking with them about “simple things”, but the owner was hardly ever with his team—maybe came to our property 2 times a year (if that).
