"I fully paid for the job; however, the resurfacer needed to return to redo some of the job. Unfortunately, due to personal problems, the resurfacer did not show up that day. We set another day, but he did not show up that day, nor did he respond to my many calls. He ghosted me until I went through Anji's intervention process. He promised to come again in the future, but by them I had lost all confidence in his returning. I never got the job adequately done."

"L&N Builders Group installed my Cali Bamboo flooring incorrectly. They did not take the necessary leveling steps to ensure a proper subfloor and the flooring is splintering and harming myself and my young kids. There is deflection all throughout the install and the floor cannot handle it. Cali (who I bought the floor from), hired an investigator whom reported L&N were at fault. L&N had a project manager that was starting to help us resolve the issue and one day, he was fired from L&N. I called the owner and he wanted no part in helping us resolve our issue. Beware of this company. They are what you fear in a construction company. They take your money and ignore that they have any responsibility for the outcome, they even fire their employees to eliminate liability."

This is the same if you have a specialty tub, like an oversized bathtub—you can expect your pro to take a bit on the longer side.

Rust in your bathtub occurs when iron in the water or on metal components in your tub are exposed to oxygen, but while it’s unsightly, it won’t make bathing dangerous. However, if the rust appears under or around your tub spout or shower head, it could indicate that you have high levels of iron in your water. Also, fiberglass tubs have thinner edges and are cool to the touch. Acrylic, on the other hand, is either room temperature or warm to the touch.
