Matt seemed more like a partner than a contractorâ ¦he brought creative solutions and ideas to the project, was transparent with updates and showing off milestones as they were completed, and even went the extra mile to ensure quality (example: he insisted that siding be sent back because it did not quite match the rest of the house). He also hooked me up with a custom side door for my EV charger cord that is going to make charging outside so much easier. I will definitely be hitting him / Prestige up again in the future."

"I am very impressed to deal with Emil . The work went very professional and fantastic eventhough not completely done 100% but I am sure will come beautiful more than we expected. Very seldom now to find someone honest and professional gives advice to save some money and less money for him. Emil is available seven days a week to answer any question or concern. All crew's working from bottom of their heart like this is their own house with using technology tools to do the Job. "Matt and Donna Pickford run a upstanding company. They provide you their critical eye on what 'ought to be done' and then stand back and let you make your own decisions. They PCS are totally non-pressure company. I know this sounds trite and tired but, they made me feel fully empowered and that I was making intelligent decisions. Without a doubt, aside from the magnificent job they did on bringing back to life a dead and haunted basement, this duo, Matt and his wife Donna, turned my basement into a truly MAGNIFICENT SPACE. Heck, all I wanted was to establish a 'clean space' to store household essentials. Well, they transformed this basement area into a most DIGNIFIED AREA.
