"I worked with Prestige on a few, somewhat unique, projects recently, including renovating an old detached garage and fixing up my basement after a French drain/sump pump install. It was definitely a 5 star experience. Matt seemed more like a partner than a contractorâ ¦he brought creative solutions and ideas to the project, was transparent with updates and showing off milestones as they were completed, and even went the extra mile to ensure quality (example: he insisted that siding be sent back because it did not quite match the rest of the house). He also hooked me up with a custom side door for my EV charger cord that is going to make charging outside so much easier. I will definitely be hitting him / Prestige up again in the future."

"Can’t pay enough compliments to John and his guys. They did a great job overall and managed the project very smoothly through the entire permitting process. From the very beginning it was apparent John was detail oriented and most importantly, concerned about delivering a quality product to his customers. John is very hands on, and his approach of shopping with the homeowner to make sure everything will “work” during installation I think is a key component of job success and customer satisfaction. The guys worked straight thru with work only interrupted by permits/inspections. He involved and asked us about anything that came up along the way that we had not previously talked about. Afterward, we showed the home inspection report for the house that we’re trying to sell and Luis was kind enough to stop by on the same day to our house to assess the issues and thoroughly explain what needs to be done. Given his expertise, it was very helpful for us to work with him as the inspection required various types of work, ranging from plumbing, HVAC to electrical. His work was very thorough and timely. Also, he’s very responsive when we text him and pleasant to work with. His price was also reasonable and better than few quotes we’ve gotten from other individual licensed contractors as he offered package deal for various work he has done.
