Matt seemed more like a partner than a contractorâ ¦he brought creative solutions and ideas to the project, was transparent with updates and showing off milestones as they were completed, and even went the extra mile to ensure quality (example: he insisted that siding be sent back because it did not quite match the rest of the house). He also hooked me up with a custom side door for my EV charger cord that is going to make charging outside so much easier. I will definitely be hitting him / Prestige up again in the future."

Afterward, we showed the home inspection report for the house that we’re trying to sell and Luis was kind enough to stop by on the same day to our house to assess the issues and thoroughly explain what needs to be done.
