Needless to say we were a bit apprehensive about everything due to the distance and not being able to see the job being done. Rest assured that you will be in good hands! Moe contacted our condo, got all the insurance paperwork completed with the them, managed to schedule the work fairly quickly and although his company does not accept credit cards, Moe was able to figure that out for us as well! 😁 The company is thorough, honest, resourceful! They sent us pictures throughout the job to make sure we like and approve everything, communicate and resolve problems that were discovered during the job and provided feasible solutions. His crew were complete professionals, polite, and did excellent work. We could not be happier with the results and our new spaces. The rooms are beautiful. He went above and beyond in all respects, even when I decided to make changes to the design along the way, he was able to roll with them and told me how much various options would cost and other pros and cons of those options (tiling the whole bathroom vs partial, heated floors or no, different types of fixtures, etc)."
