"Ralph and Peter arrived on time and started the work as scheduled. They examined the problem under sink and identified leakage at the pop up assembly where the drain attaches to the sink, not in the trap. The pop up assembly and extension tail piece in the sink were removed and replaced with new parts. They checked to make sure they had all the parts first. I observed that they knew exactly what to do and worked professionally and quickly to effectively finish the job. They tested the sink and the repairs. Then asked me to inspect what they did. They instructed me on using the sink stopper correctly to prevent damage, something I thought was helpful. No issues with clean up. The job went faster than I expected. I would hire them again."

"After having suffered water damage to our ceilings and carpeting in living, dining rooms and utility closet, the result of a broken water heater we embarked a a disappointing personal local search (non-angie list search) for a contractor to repair damage.  The results of that search produced very high estimates and contractors who didn't want to install the flooring of our choice. Out of frustration we contacted Angie's List to start a search.  Within a day we were contacted by Luis of Argen and he came to our home that evening to give us an estimate.  He is very professional and was willing, without question, to install the flooring of our choice.
His estimate was very reasonable and we then proceeded to order our flooring.  Due to a back order from the company we ordered our flooring from we couldn't start right away, but this did not deter Luis, he was very willing to wait until we had the
flooring. 
After the flooring arrived, work started within two days.  The total length of the job took only 4 days.  The workers
were exceptionally professional. Juan was pleasant, a great worker and amazing.  He moved the furniture, prepared everything and did the bulk of the work and was extremely clean.  He so impressed me and he really impressed my husband, who is very hard to impress.  When the flooring was installed a second worker was brought in to help, Francisco, and he
was just as pleasant and also a great worker.   Luis, the contractor, came out twice to check out how everything was going, which I really liked.
The cost included everything except the purchase price of the flooring which we bought separately.
Luis and his crew made this whole experience easy on us.  We were extremely comfortable with them.  We are very happy with the work, grateful that we choose Argen and we will have them back in the future for other work we anticipate doing.  We have already recommended them to a coworker of my husband's.
