I also like to hire a small family business rather than a big company. The two competitive companies were set up with salespeople, receptionists etc. The end product looks really great. It took some time to get it done, partially because he had some difficult jobs he had to finish up and partially because we changed our plan so he had to wait for the extra material. I only wish he had been a bit more proactive about informing me of the delay. When he did come out he got it done really fast. We already have had a strong windstorm and the fence barely moved. I definitely recommend Tom Lucas, and I would hire him again!"

"The men came to the house much later than expected because they had a rush job before hand. (We didn't know this at first.)  When they did arrive, they explained what they were going to do then got to work right away and stopped when the sun went down.  Most of the fence went up on the 29th, but had to come back on the 30th to repair the existing gate and put the finishing touches on the fence they installed.  They made sure everything worked before leaving.  We are very pleased with the work and the fence and would use their services again if needed."
