"Beyond better than I could have hoped. Joe is very professional, well versed, knowledgeable, creative & resourceful and an excellent communicator. He spoke to us not at us and throughout the entire design process he listened and asked questions & listened some more. We found him very easy to work with and honest. Joe worked within our needs. He took what was in our head put in onto paper and together with our contractor gave us what was in our hearts - a beautiful home. Go with Joe - he’s the man in the know!"

"Very Happy With Ryans' Work :) We are in the process of opening a Bakery and Ryan not only provided the designs but helped us figure out how to set things up properly. He consulted with other pros / team members, like his Mechanical Engineer, to confirm all details needed. He met with our team a few times, very professional always and provided us with the final designs. I must say, I was AMAZED! Just Beautiful Work! Thanks Ryan!!! Highly Recommended!!!"

"Very quick and easy to work with. The drawings and the design for our project was perfect! Thank you!"

"We completely redid our bathroom which included changing the layout, a very complex redo of plumbing lines, new concrete bathroom floor and installation of everything new and shiny. Dave was able to turn around this scary project into a wonderfully crafted beautiful looking bathroom. He is a very super detail oriented passionate artist. The project also included demo and installation of new tiles for the passage outside the bathroom and a new sliding barn door. Unlike other contractors, we had complete freedom in selecting the materials. Dave helped us throughout this tedious process via video calls and texts. Dave also had brilliant ideas and always gave us varying cost effective options for even the tiniest details. He was very transparent and patient with us. Thanks Dave and modern home improvements for this wonderful experience."

Their ability to break down complex project requirements into clear, concise cost components was invaluable. The transparency and thoroughness of their work allowed us to make informed decisions, ensuring that our project remained on track and within budget. I highly recommend Nextedge Estimators to any construction company seeking reliable and accurate estimation services."

"I have used Richard and Plumberry designs for two major renovations- a kitchen and master and guest baths. In both cases, Richard was able to come up with a new design layout to make the spaces more open and functional. The finishes he selected were beautiful and the process was so seamless with him project managing the contractor and deliveries. I would not hesitate to use Richard again and highly recommend them."

"I love the end result."
