The installers were extremely thorough and professional. They removed all debris and old parts and cleaned the work area (even swept!). The installers also tightened brackets and tested the mechanisms extensively, adjusting the motors and ensuring a smooth, quiet operation. I had a great experience with Durable Door and highly recommend them. They are a reputable family owned business that provides great quality, value and service. Ryan came to my home for an estimate and was punctual, very professional and honest. He explained my options, gave helpful recommendations and answered all of my detailed questions. I received an estimate within two hours from his staff and booked my installation the same week since I purchased in stock items. The installers Jose and Jose were excellent as well. They were punctual, professional, extremely neat and did a great job with the installation. It was very apparent that both Jose's take pride in their work. They also had great communication skills and explained in detail how to download the app for the garage opener and even programmed our cars which was greatly appreciated. We absolutely love our new garage doors and openers. We are customers for life and will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends.
