He laid out ballpark estimates for each possible scenario which was very helpful so I would know what I was on the hook to pay. (Turns out - it was a simple clog, but the cost for clearing it up was very reasonable) Same day service was a huge help!"

When our AC stopped working, another company came out to investigate and we were quoted an outrageous temporary repair cost and were advised to replace the whole system. We called RJK and they called back almost immediately. Upon arriving, they advised that a whole system replacement would be unnecessary for starters. But before even doing that, they wanted to have their techs double check that the system was truly in need of any replacement. Turns out the fix was straightforward and within 30 minutes the system was repaired at a fraction of the cost of the original contractor's quoted repair cost and definitely cheaper than a whole new system."
