179 The company promised and in the contract that were made for life and the replacement for anything that happens to the windows for free, it's been more than a year since I called them and they tell me that they don't have the material, but they do have to offer new windows to new customers....
They responded and scheduled the repair within a week. They were competent and avoided replacing the shroud. They disassembled the motor and fan blades and replaced both. Very satisfied with their work
