"Mitat and his 2 sons, Val & Alban, and his other workers, have been working on projects for us for a year now; major construction jobs suck as: building a dam on one side of our lake, rebuilding a bridge where a tree uprooted and destroyed a culvert, installing new railings and stairs on our decks, repairing the chimney, sealing cracks that developed on walls and ceilings over 20 years (something a previous company did, but not well), cleaning and installing polymeric sand on our stone pavement driveway, and rebuilding our old stone front steps.
