Because a 2x4 was on the way he was not able to place the outlet directly behind the television, but told us we would only be able to see a small portion of the outlet once the tv was installed. Throughout the installation process the mount suggested did not work and a tilted mount was used. Unfortunately we can now see the outlet and the cables connecting everything to the television. Wellington did provide good customer service by returning a few times to adjust the mount and the tilt. Overall we are not satisfied with the service since the outlet and cables are visible and also because we recently noticed that the drywall is slightly cracked around the outlets they installed."
