"Very through and arrived early. Took time to answer questions and concerns we brought up as we wanted to make sure the house was up to building code before renovating. Would recommend without hesitation."

"Christian is very knowledgeable, helpful, fair, and thorough. He tested our air quality for mold, asbestos, and lead. He is not trying to upsell you but gives you an honest assessment of what’s going on and options you have to address them. Also, from my research, his services are very fairly priced."

"He was in and out, knowledgeable, very respectful and his prices were better than other companies."

"Montclair township has a requirement for landlords to perform a visual lead paint inspection on a regular basis. Christian did this work for me, walking through my apartments and letting me know what spots needed to be touched up with paint. Then he provides a certificate to send to the town. Christian is communicative, reliable, prompt, and professional. He turned the certificate around really fast, too. I can’t recommend him more highly to anyone who needs environmental inspections in their home."

"Arrived promptly and tested all areas requested and more. Was very informative regarding issues and remediation possibilities."

"Working with Mark was a great experience from beginning to end. He is professional, knowledgeable and willing to educate his clients. We also appreciated the fact that he does not price gauge like some of his competitors. Great service, great prices! I highly recommend and we will use MVB in the future."

"Eddy and his team trimmed seven pine trees for us, and the result was
outstanding. Excellent service! They were prompt, friendly, and very professional.
Very fair price, great work, cleaned up everything
(couldn't tell they had even been here, except for the outcome). Eddy
really knows his trees, and we recommend Double Tree with our
highest recommendation!"

"David inspected a potential home I was looking to purchase and he was so thorough that by the time we were done it gave me a very clear understanding of what issues the house had, what needed fixing and what was downright dangerous. When buying a home, you need a great inspector like David because if you don't get a good inspection you run the risk of buying a big money pit. I bought a home once before but that was a joke compared to the great inspection David did. The home David inspected was a small 1200 sq. home but it was built in 1935 and so he did mention we should expect to see some things pop up. However, he went above and beyond and I am so grateful for his hard work that I will recommend him to others in the future as well and will call on him again for inspections. He also brought Alex, a septic inspector, with him who was also very thorough and very good and provided a very through report. Thank you, David, for your wonderful help! You have no idea how much I appreciate it."
