484 Most things went well but communication wasn't great. That was a problem because we don't stay at the home full time. The lawn suffered as a result and each year it was less and less healthy. I would hire them again if I knew I would be present to monitor things they overlooked or ignored.
We used someone else for years. Lawn didn't seem to be improving, so we switched. I feel the lawn has made solid progress this year. We're pleased, and we'll be using Shannon again next year.

He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. There are plenty more classes you should take but I Don?t have that Kind of Time. I should have written this review months ago, but I never write a review when I am angry..
