He was able to to get to the solar panels on my two story home and replace the failed micro-inverter under one of the solar panels. He knew what he was doing and the job was completed to my satisfaction and the new unit is now working normally with the rest of the system."

"The technician rinsed filters and cleaned the AC unit. He checked a part on the unit with a meter which indicated that the part powering the fan (Run Cap?)was receiving only half the required energy needed to operate properly, meaning the part was failing and needed replaced ( the part was covered by the warranty because we have a maintenance agreement) So happy Eric knows his job and is good at diagnostics.
