"On both jobs, they were professional. Their workers cleaned up and did not leave any messes. They always arrived when they said they would. The façade work was effected by the weather and by the availability of the building inspector and Structural Engineer. They kept on schedule. The final bill matched the estimate.
Please note that they have a new address:

"Total renovation of my 1st floor Bathroom.  The crew showed complete respect for my family and our home.  Very courteous and subconscious of keeping the surrounding area clean while remodeling.  Great on communication, explaining the job and what to expect.  Job was completed in the specified time frame which was fantastic, especially with the stress of hosting Thanksgiving! Would STRONGLY recommend this company and will definitely use them again."

Egress Windows questions, answered by experts

The cost of window installation depends on several factors, including the window type, size, and frame material. Labor rates, the need for custom sizing, and any required structural modifications will also influence the final price.

Depending on size, material, and labor, two windows can cost between $600 and $1,600.

Egress windows require regular maintenance to ensure they function correctly. This includes cleaning the glass, inspecting the frame and well for debris, and making sure the cover or well drains properly. It is also important to check that the window sills and wells are watertight and to inspect and repair any damage to the window frame or seals to prevent leaks and maintain functionality.

There are a few ways to save money on egress window installation. First, choosing pre-fabricated windows instead of custom windows can help dramatically reduce the overall cost. In addition, skipping window extras, like customized frames or window film, can help save money on the price tag without sacrificing the window itself. You should also shop around to multiple window installers to find the best installation deal without sacrificing the quality of the window.

Yes, you can install a bay window in an existing house. You’ll need to have a structural engineer draw up plans to add the necessary support to your exterior load-bearing walls and a general contractor to make the changes to the framing around the new wall opening. This will cost an average of $3,000. After that work is done, a window installer can set the new bay window in place.
