Great! Jon was prompt, thorough, professional and clean. In addition to the tile work and plumbing installation, Jon also identified and corrected some structural errors made when the original shower was installed 60 years ago. We would certainly use Pioneer Builders again.

We have a very large atrium foyer/formal lounge area which is open to the dining and family room. Jon designed and installed custom built wainscoting, fireplace surround, crown molding. He also built a column and half wall between the formal area and dining room area of the open plan space. Made from solid wood with all carpentry and painting performed on site with their usual efficiency and cleanliness. Jon/Pioneer Builders are our go to contractor who has been extensively involved in the remodeling of our new home. This the fourth project they have completed with the usual meticulous attention to detail and good value. Our neighbors, upon seeing Jon's, work have hired his services too.

The project occurred during one of the worst winters in recent history and he still showed up every day. The outcome was so much better than I expected. Highly recommended!

I actually had my bathroom completed by another contractor who did not waterproof properly which caused leaking and a nightmare. Jon came in and ripped out the tile and did proper waterproofing on my shower. We now have a good working and beautiful shower. He is professional, his work is excellent and priced competive. I would highly recommend him. I joined Angies list because of the horrible experience I had with a prior contractor. I would highly recommend Jon and will be having him to come back and finish my other bathrooms.

All aspects of the work were completed on time and within the 5 week estimate.
Weeks 1 and 2 included demolition and removal of old cabinets, flooring and appliances, cleanly and efficiently, followed by plumbing and electrical installations and repair to existing walls prior to fitting of cabinets.
Weeks 3 and 4 included fitting of all flooring, cabinets, trim work, supervision of appliance installation and measurement for granite countertops.
Week 5 included fitting countertops, backsplash, painting, lighting and remaining trim.
The work was executed efficiently with meticulous attention to detail and clean up after each day.
100% satisfied with the services provided by Pionerr and will use again.
