"We called PipeWorks for an emergency hot water heater replacement on a weekend. In approximately one hour, they had a technician, Pablo, at our house to assess the issue. Quick and simple.   The work was unbelievably quick.
Although he volunteered to put back a dimmer, I realized that I was no longer using incadescent bulbs, but a mix and getting an "appropriate" dimmer was probably out of the question.  Rarely used the dimmer so kept the toggle switch.
I provided the ballast and he came back with his partner to fix the wiring and replace the ballast -- since he was able to handle, both the light switch (top hats) and the instant hot water maker so quickly.
Really appreciated the great service.  Will definitely call back again.
