My deck was 20years old.i need all new except piller.when start.many area are problem.they added pcs of wood and tape to prevent problems.they are really professional.they added support piller.the job was perfect which is same as text book instruction.price was reasonable and finish the job before suggested date. They even work on holiday. I really compare old constructed and jersey brotherhood which is real deck constructer.which is number one in NJ(I THINK) I really recommend .further no need negotiation.they estimate reasonable and affoderbe price. Excellent fair pricing and installation. We couldnâ t have asked for a better experience. Andy and Luis replaced all of are wall to ceiling screens in our sun room, 12â x20â . Installation of new, durable screening was done timely with all old screening disposed of accordingly. They are true professionals thank you so much for your hard work today. We needed to get our 27 year old wood deck renovated as it was beginning to rot and wear out. After looking at 5 other companies and their quotes, we decided upon Andy and his company. In my initial meeting with him, he seemed the most professional and straightforward, plus his Angi ratings were high. That all said, the job Andy and his team did for us was top notch. He was on time when he said he'd be there, cleaned up appropriately each day and overall, did a great job. We are very happy with him, his team and the resulting product.

Very professional team. In addition to performing the work (deck replacement) extremely well, Andy and his team also came every day, on time, and finished the job on schedule. He also sent photos and videos each day so I could see exactly what was done, and cleaned up all debris and garbage each day. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

I hired Andy and his company to restore the front porch on our 120 year- old house. Andy quickly and carefully identified the problem areas and thoroughly discussed his findings with me. There was serious damage in the decking and support posts- it was a complicated and difficult job but Andy solved not only the safety issues but also had great suggestions on enhancing the beauty of the space. In 5 days I had a gorgeous new porch. Iâ m bringing the crew back to replace some siding and trim next. I highly recommend this company. They are skilled honest craftsmen and a pleasure to work with.

It is still a work in progress but so far excellent. They are professionals, knowledgeable, hard workers and articulate. They arrived to start the job when they said they would and have been working on my deck(s) ever since. I am very pleased. Final project will be complete in a couple of days.

Jersey's Brotherhood Construction were a joy to work with. Andy is very professional and excellent at what he does. I had an existing 21x27 composite deck with wooden rails, which I wanted to replace with newer composite floor and vinyl railings. The quotes I received from other contractors were very high and not guaranteed if there was any damage to the structure or beams underneath after opening. Andy factored all possibilities and came up with a reasonable quote that worked for us both. He also suggested alternative layouts, plans and ideas, to our existing deck.. that made our deck really stand out. He went out and beyond to make sure we were happy and completed the work that was discussed and agreed on. The deck surpassed our expectations and we strongly recommend Jersey's Brotherhood Construction to anyone looking for a deck builder. Thank you for the great work Andy!!

We contracted to replace the surface of our deck. The quality of work was very good. The one retraction was some small amount of collateral damage to siding that required repair. Overall, a very good job done.
