"Diego did excellent work originally installing our garbage disposal system. I again called Diego to install the whole house humidifier system and he did a great job with that as well. He was a pro during both visits and personally a very nice guy to deal with. He found the time to come over during the week when I was free and did the work. He not only installed what I needed but also found an existing issue and resolved that as well (much appreciated). I would highly recommend Diego to anyone who needs work done right the first time. I'll definitely refer Diego to my neighbors and friends. Thanks"

"First of all let me say this. If you are in the Bergen County NJ area and are savvy with online reviews then you will most likely do what I did and get 4-5 estimates from the 4-5 best rated/highest reviewed companies on angies list/google reviews/homeadvisor etc. Which includes Purely Waters Kinetico system (approx $3000, avoid it). Passaic Bergen Water softening and Advanced Water (Both companies owned by the same person now since 2017). NMP Water Systems is without a doubt the BEST company out of all the top choices. I consider my self a good judge of character and have renovated my home for almost 100k in the past few years so I have dealt with many contractors. This company, by far, was the most professional, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy out of the 5 companies my wife and I interviewed. No salesman and sales pitches at all!! Tim, the owner, absolutely did whats best for us and took all of our concerns into account. He's the one that suggested an extra spigot to wash my car with soft water and only charged us $100 extra to do so. He used pex tubing and copper piping. He took his time in creating a seamless install. He even offered to run the RO water through our refrigerator as well so that the ice would be treated and so we would never have to spend money of frig filters again!! Tim was also the only person that suggested leaving the RO system in the basement rather than under my kitchen sink to save on space and then when he installed the tubing up to the kitchen sink, my wife and I, were amazed how great of an idea that was. The 2 employees that worked with Tim were incredibly professional and well spoken. They put down several tarps over the wooden floors/rugs etc. When they left and we went to inspect our basement, you could hardly tell anyone was there for 5 hours. Their ability to finish and provide amazing customer service was really refreshing. We didn't have to repeat ourselves over and over again to make sure everything was installed the way Tim and I discussed. NMP also was the only company that offered us a 10 yr warranty on PARTS and LABOR for both systems! NMP's price just also happened to be the most competitive for the exact same product other companies were offering. Tim and the crew were punctual during the 1st appointment and the subsequent install and we couldn't be happier! Tim also applied for permits with the town of Fair Lawn and did not charge extra to do so. Thank you NMP for such great work and for relieving us of the stress of hiring a water treatment contractor. For anyone reading this review, please consider, at least, getting an estimate from NMP so you can see why I'm so enthusiastic about my experience. As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He explained how it all worked and it is a beautiful thing. I so appreciate knowledgable and personable service. I highly recommend Easy Flow Drain and Mechanical LLC for any plumbing needs. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace. What else could you want from a plumber? I was extremely satisfied and impressed with his service. I'm also grateful for Angie's List!!!!

"Excellent!  We were provided a contract describing the hardware and model numbers to be installed, services to be performed including removal of old HVAC units and related materials, and total cost.  Initially I was surprised that unit costs and labor costs were not enumerated.  Don't be concerned.  Using the model numbers of the components, I did on-line product and installation pricing and was satisfied with the proposal.  We set a time and date; they were extraordinarily punctual.  They completed all work in a single day (do clear all working areas and access doors beforehand).  They did an overview of operational and maintenance issues.  Left all the work areas cleaner than they were at the start and took 'garbage' with them.  As needed, I will be using them in the future for all of the services they provide."

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"Bob and his sons saved my basement carpet from having to be replaced following a flood due to a leaking hot water heater.  Called Bob at 9 a.m.  He arrived early afternoon to review the situation.  Quoted $1500.  Hefty price, but, honestly, we were too desperate to price shop.  Basement is a home office with file cabinets, file boxes, computers/printers, etc.  Had his crew of sons come to house by 5:30 p.m.  Sucked up water with wet/dry vac, set up commercial dehumidifier and fans.  Checked on it for days with moisture meter.  Applied deodorizer.  Bottom line: Dried out the place such that we didn?t have to replace sheetrock, carpeting or padding. Vacuumed, cleaned (removed major water stains) and deodorized.  He and his sons are both personable and extremely hard working and efficient.  Everything happened as Bob said it would.  He was on top of the job.  We are very, very grateful.
