It was definitely a 5 star experience. Matt seemed more like a partner than a contractorâ ¦he brought creative solutions and ideas to the project, was transparent with updates and showing off milestones as they were completed, and even went the extra mile to ensure quality (example: he insisted that siding be sent back because it did not quite match the rest of the house). Majid is incredibly knowledgeable and made good recommendations throughout. He was always available when I had a question and the crew showed up every day they were supposed to. Whenever there was an issue or concern, they checked in before proceeding. They left the apartment clean every day even before I moved in. I ended up adding a few things to the scope of the project at the end which they were able to fit in and it really pulled the whole renovation together. They completely gut renovated the kitchen and bathroom, fixed the electric and installed new lighting in every room, and skim coated and painted the entire unit. They added siding and a new roof to match my house and also cut a bar opening where windows used to be and Installed cabinets and a beautiful granite counter and bar top.
