Paul, the owner, came as planned in November and took all the measurements for the windows and for the french doors. It took about 6 weeks or so to get the shutters installed, as was promised. (My sister wanted the shutters without the middle spines, so I believe this may have taken longer than those with the spines.) The installers came, and it took them the better part of the day to do the installation. They were very polite, careful, and professional. All and all, this was a very positive experience.
