"Supreme! I am so very pleased with Nj pest defense and their superb service. The entire team of staff are very kind and helpful. I had an infestation of bed bugs after vacationing this summer we stayed at multiple places and visit many attractions so I am not sure where we may have contracted the bugs. "Drew was very courteous and knowledgeable.  He used one type of control inside and applied the substance at every place in the house where I told him I had seen the ants - the kitchen, primarily, the front hall, the TV/office room, an upstairs bedroom.  He was very careful to get the substance into the cracks and crevices and corners and he explained to me very carefully how the substance would not hurt my cats.

He spent a lot of time outside too coating underneath the entryway doors - front and back - and along the sides of the main front entryway, all where they seem to enter the house.

He also checked the basement very thoroughly to determine if there were any signs of the ants.

"There was a hole just under the roof that was made by birds and then further damaged by squirrels. It was at a spot that was difficult and dangerous for me to get to. A gentleman named Skip came to inspect it. He was very respectful of my wishes and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Then Matt came to the house to plug the hole using foam. He was very tall which was very helpful getting to the hole. About two weeks later, he came back to trim away some of the foam since it didn't look good from the front of the house. I would definitely use A-Academy again if I have problems again. Thank you very much."
