"The work that Scott and Kris Lindholm did was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, highly skilled, completely honest, and sincere. Our primary residence is 130 miles away from the project location, yet Scott kept up informed by texts, phone calls, and pictures of everything that they were doing. They worked with the borough getting the permits and the inspections. Their work was complimented by the inspectors on the framing and the finished deck. We have also received compliments from two of our neighbors. When we saw the finished product last weekend, we could only say, WOW! The true measure of how well a contractor has performed is when you can answer yes to anyone who asked whether you would hire them again. With Lindholm Carpentry, the answer is a resounding yes. "It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. I had called her because I wanted to keep it local, you know I called the contractor right in town here. On the other side of the island, northwell, and he didn't show up. And anyway, this person is Fred Quigley. He was the most personable. Response like that, and I was just like I was already sold, but then you know I could tell he knew what he was doing. And then he proved it by an excellent job. The helpers were also very respectful."
