"We originally reached out to Home Techs to do repairs resulting from a flood. Joe got back to us right away and came out to view the damage within a few days. We expanded the original job to include replacing the floors throughout the downstairs, putting in a new bathroom, installing a new water heater, rebuilding a closet, fixing our heater/circuit board and replacing the thermostats. Joe kept us updated throughout the process. He was respectful and kind and did everything he could to keep us within our budget. We then hired him to do the roof. "The flooring in my bathroom needed leveling and then vinyl laminate installed. Roberto and Eddie were efficient and thorough. I just love the result! My house has its quirks, but Roberto dealt with the issues that arose. He went above and beyond. They also replaced the medicine cabinet, and the lighting above it. Accessories like towel bars, toilet paper holder and towel ring were also installed. Great job on everything! Will definitely use Roberto’s company, AC Better Homes, in the future. He talked me into laying out the 12 x 24" tiles in a stacked bond pattern when I had been thinking of a running bond pattern. It looked good, plus was a more efficient use of the tile."
