To be honest my expectations were low, but to my surprise the engineer, Alex, who conducted this work brought with him the kind of old-fashioned workmanship we once had in this country when a certain generation of Europeans were of working age. Alex spent no less than six hours cleaning every inch of a three-thermostat system. To make things better, he left the areas where he had worked in the apartment immaculate. During this lengthy time, Alex was highly professional, personable, and considerate of me and my space. I do not think company had extention tool. Otherwise I was satisfied but could have done same with home equipment."
