Once your project is started my workers and myself believe in a clean and safe work area and upon completion we can have a cleaning crew come clean your home completing your job start to finish. Here at J. Helmstetter we want to be your person project care company making your project as simply and easy as possible start to finish. We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We strongly believe in giving our absolute best in all of our projects no matter how big or small. They put in screen door on my porch. I wasn’t happy with the way it looked and closed. I called Jack and he sent the crew back and they made it look better than I expected. They have done work for me several times and I will gladly use and recommend them again. Thanks Jack.

They were professional, polite, made the process easy and made me and my family feel comfortable. They answered all my questions and schedule a date and time that worked for me. There wasn t any pressure to hire them. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was to my satisfaction and, without asking, ensured everything was cleaned up. The crew worked on our vacation home so we weren t always there. John kept us well apprised of the status. The office staff was friendly and quick to respond to messages. The crew found some additional problems while replacing the window and fixed everything up. We really appreciate the woe they all did.

Just a little background. My fan motor in my heating unit after over 30 years finally overheated and stopped working. So I did my due diligence and put out for four estimates for the repair and also partly realizing I'm probably going to be looking at replacing both units indoor and outdoor. All of them came in and did their normal look at evaluate and give me a quote. The man Jack and I apologize for not remembering his name because he was the reason I chose Jack was that he looked at the unit looked at the motor took the motor out oiled the motor put it back in and actually got it back to working order. Now this is important because a week later I was having a big get together at my Condo and AC was going to be a necessity.. That Jack came in on the low end of the bids didn't hurt but it was the fact that his guy cared about my unit working.. Now the whole crew when they came into install the indoor and outdoor units were both professional and courteous and worked in a and very clean manner. They also did the right thing as in replacing the floor that the heating unit was on and also putting in support braces before laying down the floor. In my earlier life I did residential construction and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I love to see people in the trades engage in Craftsmanship. Since Jack does do everything in regards to residence he is now my go to guy for all my future projects of which I have a few. I now have peace of mind about someone coming into my home and working on what needs to be fixed.

Will showed up at the time of the appointment; called me a little bit earlier to let me know he was on his way. He installed a new bath fan; it took an hour which included removing the old one and adjusting size of opening to fit the new one. He did a great job!

Very personal and professional. He reached out to me the same day that I requested service. We spoke about the project(s) and we made a schedule appointment. His man, Will, was on time and very professional. He explained what needed to be done and got started right away. The projects were done in no time.
