They don't have their own installers. John from Discount Fence asked for pictures and description of problems, which I sent to him and never heard fom him again, until he called to apologize for "dropping the ball" 3 weeks later. I was told over 2 different weeks that workers would be out that week...still waiting. Now almost the end of September and still waiting."
