"Chimney repair is something that no homeowner wants to have to do, especially considering the expense, but after calling in four different companies for estimates, we were convinced that we had no choice: Chimney needed to be relined, chimney needed to be completely rebuilt from the roof line up, pipes were not properly installed in our boiler room which meant that we were potentially getting gas leaks into the house. He accommodated me when I said I had a prior engagement and could not give his workers access to the house at a certain time AND gave me the best price on top of everything else! It is a family owned and operated business and they are meticulous in terms of their work and their customer relations.
