Needed to convert my stove from natural gas to propane. They came very quickly and did the job even better they cleaned up any messes and by the end of it the stove was just ready to be used without any issues. They were super professional and nice.

These guys were awesome..... I call because water was backing up in my bathtub and they were out within 45 minutes, took care of the clog and cleaned up everything.....my bathroom was cleaner after they left.....would highly recommend.

Do NOT use the Polite Plumberâ s services. They do not finish their work and do not do work up to code. We paid nearly $4k for install, failed inspection due to work not being completed, and was told that we still had to pay an additional $329 due to their negligence. Again, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

"Michael- our technician left out a part (and that part was also left off the estimate). We came back to install the part in a very timely manner. We stand behind every job that we do and we always warranty our work. You sent our office over 7 emails in a matter of two hours, but refused to pick up any of our calls. We attempted to make the situation correct and finally offered to refund half the amount and give you a credit for the other half. You had decided to leave a review everywhere possible across the internet when we acted in good faith. We came out again, took care of the issue and you passed the inspection with no problems."

Not a good look for your drivers to be tailgating and going 50+ in a 35. Update: If you read their response to my review, it's clear they have no intentions of asking their drivers to follow laws and they actually condone illegal behavior. If they're willing to break traffic laws it makes me wonder what other laws they're willing to break, maybe even inside your home...? I could care less about my "local guide" status, but what i do care about is representatives of a company believing they are above following laws because someone needs their services. I used to refer friends and family to The Polite Plumber, but I'll be directing them to a different company from now on. Very disappointing. All of my reviews are genuine and based on my experience interacting with various companies.
