"We called Arborist Jason Pilla late last week. He called back the same day and came to our home the next day. We had many dead trees close to our home that we wanted removed and Jason was able to advise us on a plan of action. He listened to our needs and gave his suggestions without any pressure. Today he and his crew of 8 men arrived at 8:45 AM exactly the time he said they would, with approx 8-10 pieces of machinery. Jason walked the property with his men and instructed them on the plan. Julian was left in charge and the team worked flawlessly like a well oiled machine. Their safely and ours was of utmost importance and it was evident in their actions. The teamwork was impressive as one was in the lift cutting, others were on the ground safely directing the cut tree with ropes, others were dragging branches and feeding them into the machine to be mulched. When all was done and equipment loaded the men raked and used a blower to complete the job. Seven hours later the crew of 8 and all their equipment pulled out of our yard. They are examples of the hikers motto, " leave no trace". Jason is knowledgeable and professional as well as his staff. We can't thank them or recommend them enough.
