"Easy to work with, he clearly knew what he was doing and has a lot of experience. The whole crew was generally upbeat and courteous. They were on time and professional and even went above and beyond my expectations in some areas. I really appreciated that.
My only complaint was the cleanup. It was supposed to be completely ready for painting, but there was still quite a bit of sanding that needed to be done. And I wish I had prepped better before work began to avoid such a mess.
Also, I was expecting to pay with credit card (as advertised) but they informed me the day that work was to begin that they couldn't accept credit cards right now. So that required some last minute shuffling that cost me extra finance charges.
Overall I thought they did a great job. I recommend them but suggest going over their work carefully before they pack up and leave.

Richard also changed ceiling lights with new fixtures. My condo looked brand new when he completed the work. He is very professional and did a beautiful job. I definitely recommend hiring Richard for all your handyman needs. Also very importantly he will return your call in a timely way."
