"Arlene, Thank you for your confidence in our company. We strive to complete all projects in a timely manner (Florida weather is temperamental. Lol)"
"This is absolutely an illegitimate compliant, the number 1 issue is we have zero record of any calls into the office at all from you and each call is recorded, I have also searched all emails in the last year and the only correspondence I have record of with you is the "thank you" card and testimonial link that you have referred to in your complaint. This was sent at the end of the year and is standard policy, which we send to ALL of our customers. If in fact you have been trying to contact us, you must have the wrong number, please call the office at 954-757-9099 or email us at [email protected] to set up an appointment for evaluation of your water intrusion problem. You are correct, we were hired on November 13, 2015 to do your residential waterproofing job. The job was completed with a full crew in one full day. I find it hard to believe that there was no heavy rain in a 3 month period of time that you stated in your complaint. From my recollection, December and January were unusually high rainy months. Therefore, you must have another issue there. I can assure you the topical crack filler that you paid for in your contract was done per scope of work and industry standards. I do not appreciate these false accusations of our company not responding to issues, we are known for our high standards of customer service, I will rebuttal. While I await your call, I will send you copies of your invoice/contract and check paid for your records. Sincerely, Mike and Lori Ziegler"
"Ericka, Thank you for your confidence in our company and the opportunity to work with you. We did everything under contract at the time of the original job, as you have clearly stated above. The additional work and problems had nothing to do with our original job if I remember correctly (as this was over 2 years ago). I had asked you to please be patient, as we were in the middle of large projects. If I also remember correctly, I did advise you who to call and what to do, as your job was way under our minimum size job. You wanted our professional opinion/inspection of someone else's work, we were unable to provide you the reassurance that you were looking for. We do not like leaving any of our customers (big or small) unsatisfied. Please call the office directly and we will try and direct you to someone who can help you with your other problem. 954-757-9099"
"The re-pitching of the driveway area incurring the extra charge was for the road rock and back fill needed, which was explained and agreed on verbally and clearly stated in #4+#7 of terms and conditions page of the signed contract. It wasn't until the end of the job at final payment customer refused to pay in spite of A+ Concrete pointing out the numerous extras. The road rock and fill delivery was monies out of company profit that needed to be done to complete her job properly, which she agreed to pay for, so yes by saying, "you got me on that one" she did just that. The job could not be completed RIGHT had extra fill not been installed."
"Yes this woman is right about the debris and clean up at end of the job that needed to be tended to called "punch-out" as with any construction job. It was immediately completed along with some extra (landscape build up and sod installation free of charge) This was truly an internal company miscommunication. The re-pitching of the driveway area incurring the extra charge was for the road rock and back fill needed, which was explained and agreed on verbally and clearly stated in #4+7 of terms and conditions page of the signed contract. It wasn't until the end of the job customer refused to pay in spite of all the extra no charge work done"
"thank-you our pleasure."
