Sometimes all it takes is a response for your work needed request, with that being said Veterans Construction was not only the quickest to respond they were the only one to respond! Guess my 12x16 deck in Composite material wasn't a big enough job for any others? After first call from Veterans Construction which was shortly after my request was made. Mike came out the next morning like he said he would; to go over the ideas I had for my deck. He put together some plans and drew them up and had them along with plans and pictures e-mailed to me in the time frame he gave me. Well, we agreed on price, plans and time frames. After sleeping on it for a night I called Mike the next morning with some hesitation due to wanting to change my plans on deck design some. Mike was awesome on the phone he told me not to worry it's not a problem and he could make the changes I requested with no problems, time frame or money. CHOOSE VETERANS! Mike, Daniel, crew awesome. THANKS! "

Tom Arrived when he said he would and expertly completed the job. I could tell this man is a master of his craft. The second time I needed to replace the exhaust fans in both bathrooms and the hood over the stove. Once again, he was there when he said he would be (actually was 25 minutes early). He got right to work and before I knew it, he was finished! He knows his stuff! I've dealt with many contractors in my life - even have a couple in the family. They all seem to suffer from attention deficit syndrome. I would hire Tom again in a heart beat. He is easy to work with. He's knowledgeable and get to the point. In replacing the front steps they discovered we had another issue and that needed to be resolved before they could continue with their work. They could have said nothing but instead Bill Taylor pointed out the issue which could have cost us alot more money down the road.. and all these years later we still appreciate the job TBI did for us.. the pavers and front steps are still in great shape thanks to Bill Taylor's high standards and great work ethic.
