Original quote was increased by thousands of dollars. I had a final payment due to him that was held up from a HUD loan due to a CO required to release the funds to pay him. Had an electrical issue tied to my boiler that left my family with no heat based on work he did. He claimed he could not do anything without getting paid. My house and family were left with no heat and had to hire another person to fix his mistake. Nightmare. Stay away!"
