Since my bad review. Anthony reached out to me ( remembered my phone number) and left this texted message? I replied.

Installed ac in my house. It ran for a week then nothing but problems! Anthony sent a guy out adjusted fan speed . Same problem again! I noticed water in pan under my air handler. Drain issue ! I replaced drain myself because Anthony didn?t have time for me to busy!!! AC still not sorking !

Anthony was easy to work with, he came out to do the estimate (replacing hvac vents in the attic) which I felt was a fair price, worked around my schedule to get the work done and came back to see if I was pleased with the job. The installers did a great job under hot conditions and got the job done.

They were running a little late, and had the courtesy to call and let me know instead of wondering what was going on. He knew exactly what the problem was and had the air running in no time! (It was extremely hot that day.) I highly recommend them! Very polite, knowledgeable, fast service, and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? I will most certainly call them again if needed. You can't go wrong with this company!

of four contractors ARV had the third lowest price. They installed the central air, new heater with ductwork, electrical lines and cleaned up. They were the only company to tell me the ductwork was way too small and needed to be replaced or it would overwork a new heater. I check online and found out that was true. My existing was for 300 cfm while the new heater put out about 1200. That's probably why my older heat exchanger went bad. They cleaned up and left a very professionally installed and insulated system, not just an air conditioner and heater.
