Immediately after the walkthrough, as he was walking out, he crunched some numbers and gave me a price. The other companies didnâ t get back to me until EOD the next day at the earliest. FAST COMPLETION -- 2-Day turnaround for approx 1200 sq ft â We got really lucky because it was going to rain and many of the guys working on exteriors were now available to help on my home's interior, so I ended up getting a team of 6 guys going all at once! I wouldn't expect this for your job unless you check the 10-day weather report and call ahead for rain days, but it really worked out for my wife and I. DETAILED â attention to detail was amazing. I am a little critical of edge work and could find almost no spots that needed touching up after the job was done! FRIENDLY - Eric, Orhan, and the whole team were really nice and really considerate of our new home. CLEAN â The team left the house free of drips, dust, or footprints. I think they left it cleaner than it started! VETERAN-OWNED -- My dad was in the Army for most of my upbringing and I saw firsthand how ungratefully our soldiers can be treated in rejoining the civilian work after retirement. Suffice to say I will always choose a vet-owned company first. COMPETITIVE PRICES - I'm putting this last on purpose because I wouldn't place the most weight on price. Did they cost less than the other companies? Yes!!!! BUT, I hired because I was under the gun time-wise, and Eric and his team finished the work before my wife and I moved into our new house. And he was just nicer than some of the other folks that gave us estimates. LIFETIME CUSTOMER -- From doing the estimate to getting the work started, they were quick, decisive and a pleasure to work with.
