Immediately after the walkthrough, as he was walking out, he crunched some numbers and gave me a price. The other companies didnâ t get back to me until EOD the next day at the earliest. One of the other companies didn't contact me until after Eric's team had completed the entire job! FAST COMPLETION -- 2-Day turnaround for approx 1200 sq ft â We got really lucky because it was going to rain and many of the guys working on exteriors were now available to help on my home's interior, so I ended up getting a team of 6 guys going all at once! I wouldn't expect this for your job unless you check the 10-day weather report and call ahead for rain days, but it really worked out for my wife and I. DETAILED â attention to detail was amazing. I am a little critical of edge work and could find almost no spots that needed touching up after the job was done! FRIENDLY - Eric, Orhan, and the whole team were really nice and really considerate of our new home. CLEAN â The team left the house free of drips, dust, or footprints. I think they left it cleaner than it started! VETERAN-OWNED -- My dad was in the Army for most of my upbringing and I saw firsthand how ungratefully our soldiers can be treated in rejoining the civilian work after retirement. Suffice to say I will always choose a vet-owned company first. COMPETITIVE PRICES - I'm putting this last on purpose because I wouldn't place the most weight on price. Did they cost less than the other companies? Yes!!!! BUT, I hired because I was under the gun time-wise, and Eric and his team finished the work before my wife and I moved into our new house. And he was just nicer than some of the other folks that gave us estimates.
