"Joe was so great. He had amazing bedside manners and address all our pool concerns thoroughly. We had issues with the power to our filter and he had to patch up a hole he found in the liner so he had to come back several times and always showed up with a smile. "I had South Shore Pools perform my pool closing this year after tiring of the same old so-so service of my former pool care company. Don (the owner) arrived promptly and got right to work. He did not rush the job at all as he spent over 2.5 hours at my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Don took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. South Shore even comes back out in the fall or winter to add additional winterization chemicals to ensure a blue opening. His price was very fair and I would certainly recommend him to friends and family. Great job!"
