They know no one in their right mind would pay their base prices, so they have to rely on deception to drum up business. The owner will say, "every job is different" but he won't acknowledge that if he gives people an indication of his prices he'd never make the initial $59 dollars to begin with. I had a simple dishwasher install that I was struggling to do myself because of arthritis. They wanted $600 to hook up water, drainage, and connect three color coded electrical wires. Refused to budge on price, so I refused service. Then demanded the $59 service fee because he was an "expert" that came out and evaluated everything. In his "expert evaluation" he missed some corrosion on the copper water line that required me to replace it anyway. I would stay away from these crooks."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"GB Comfort Services gave us a quote which was 1/2 the cost of another supplier. They came highly recommended form a friend and accepted their quote. When they came to do the work they work time extended much more than was expected because of other issues in our furnace. They fixed it all and after 6 1/2 hours which should have taken 3 1/2 without other issues they still charged us what they quoted us even after we said we expected to pay more because of the time and effort they put in. They said no they stood by their quote. Great honest people. A Rarity these days. I highly recommend them and they are my furnace company from now on."

Turns out the fix was straightforward and within 30 minutes the system was repaired at a fraction of the cost of the original contractor's quoted repair cost and definitely cheaper than a whole new system."
