"They don't return calls or messages in a timely manner. Three years they have said they would clean our awning before reinstalling (for a fee of coarse) which we agreed. They NEVER did! Why schedule a reinstall when they show up when they want to anyway, or take months after they scheduled to show up. Called beginning of March 2018 for reinstall, its May 16th 2018 and we're still waiting."
