"Our AC kept tripping the circuit breaker, so Vaughn came out and told us we needed a new compressor. However, even after installing the new compressor, we kept having the same problem. Vaughn sent two different techs out to troubleshoot and they could not find anything wrong with the unit, so they told us we needed an electrician. We had two different electricians come and neither could find any problems with the circuit breakers, one even replaced the circuit breaker just to be sure. So Vaughn came back a THIRD time and finally found the problem which indeed was electrical. The techs pulled a length of damaged wiring that ran from our unit to the circuit panel that was black and smelly and so badly burned that no insulation was left, just exposed wires. We are so glad they found this enormous hazard that could've started a fire. Throughout the entire experience, everyone I spoke to on the phone was kind and patient and they cleared their schedule for me two days in a row. They show up on time and they stand behind their work. Couldn't be more pleased!

"I had previously refinished a tub/shower and a standalone shower. I bought new fixtures for each and they installed them. One access panel had to be made bigger and one bathroom did not have an access panel at all. Eddie B enlarged and finished the one panel and put in a new panel in the other bathroom. Everything turned out great. I did want new values put on the lines for the new washer/dryer. The washer/dryer is a stackable unit in a laundry closet that does not have too much room. They were not able to get around the unit and would not move the unit to do the work so I needed to get this done separately. I was surprised that they said they would not move the unit and that we would need to do it in order for them to come back and install the values. Overall they did a wonderful job on the fixtures and access panels, but I was disappointed I didn't get the values done at the same time."
