"All I can say is WOW! Rich and his staff were great! I hired RAP Painting and Pressure Washing to pressure wash my house and deck. Rich was able to come to my house and assess the job so he could give me a quote. What I thought for sure would wind up costing me about $1000 only costs me $625. He was also able to complete a task that I did not originally ask about and what many failed to do. That was remove a weathered hornet's hive that sat at the very top of my house. Trust me, it was positioned in a difficult and dangerous place on my house. Now it looks like the hornet hive was never there. I am ever so grateful for that. "My experience was mediocre at best with this company. They were very good with starting the work. Towards the end of completion, they had one day that was a no show. I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."
