What is their ETA 10am text: Calling you in 20 minutes I follow up 10:30, receive text: Stuck on parkway with tow right now. Minute please When I shared my frustration with Robert, he shrugged and said I can not control the rain. True. But you can control how you communicate with your customers. Willfully choosing to not show up without the courtesy of ANY advance communication is about as unprofessional as it gets. BTW: full transparency ? the full deposit was returned."
