Julio (I hope I'm spelling that right) and his workers were unrelenting during their hours and days here. Their stamina and professional attitude and quality craftsmanship was refreshing. The house was carefully covered, taped and sprayed. That was the quick and relatively easy part. The difficult, labor intensive part was the deck and associated lattice work which was done in a very detailed manner. They left the house and grounds clean and neat. What was also important was that we had an electrician doing work at the same time and Joe worked harminously with him. Very accurate with the execution. The job (painting a whole apartment) took longer than expected but that's because Joe had much more patch work filling holes/ preparing walls. Joe took great care touching up the apartment to finish off the job. We spoke after everyday - he wanted to ensure that we were happy with the progress.
