"We hired Kevin to clean the gutters after his prompt response to our request for service and his very reasonable price. He was well spoken and you could see he loved his business. He did an outstanding job, and provided photos of his work. ---- I was very happy that he noticed the chimney cap had fallen off, pointing out that it was the wrong size and of cheap material that will rust in no time. He not only replaced it with the proper size, stainless steel, securing it in place as the proper size, he also sealed it all around to further ensure stability. All at a very reasonable price. --- We then discussed gutter guards, which he pointed out will save us the cost of cleaning gutters routinely (-especially because our yard is surrounded by lots of old oaks and maples-) and that he installed only quality metal gutter guards that are screwed in, not just snapped in like the cheap PVC ones. Kevin worked out a very reasonable cost compared to other gutter people we had priced previously, so we set a date. He showed up exactly on time as agreed.
